I'm shocked at my experience quite frankly. I've previously used another dentist in the area, and it scared me off dentists to be honest. After a few years and recently having some pain with wisdom teeth I decided to try again. I called on Tuesday and had an appt for the next day, amazing so far. The office itself is clean, modern and Bobby at reception is very welcoming. I mentioned to the dental team as I sat in the dreaded chair that my teeth are my point of shame and I hadn't seen anyone about it in a long time, they were so....I suppose, gentle. They talked me through what was happening, reassured me that it wasn't as bad as I had feared and were able to give me a plan of action that didn't sound daunting or overblown.
